L'arpista di Venezia (Print)
The inspiration for this piece was from a four-person opera conducted in a small church in Venice, Italy. The lighting was very dim and the musicians were clad in masks which added to the allure. The mask and the form of the harpist inspired a painting that amplifies shape, color and light.
